Acceptance of Terms

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, 77gl Casino will create an account in your name. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must:

• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

• Keep your account contact information current. 77gl Casino is not responsible for any communication failures arising from outdated contact details on your account.

77gl Casino will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. Deposits to your 77gl Casino account may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other payment methods as displayed on the cashier page at any given time. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the cashier page. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77gl Casino does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of any third party.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering obligations being fully satisfied.

4.3 Source of Funds. By using the 77gl Casino Platform, you represent that all funds deposited are derived from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to illegal activity. 77gl Casino reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful origin of deposited funds where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions

77gl Casino offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 77gl Casino Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

All games on the 77gl Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, Bingo, Color Game, and Slide — are operated using certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a supervised studio environment. Game outcomes are not subject to manipulation by 77gl Casino, its staff, or its software providers.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that results in an indeterminate game outcome, 77gl Casino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. No compensation shall be payable in respect of winnings that would have been generated in a successfully completed round that was subsequently voided on technical grounds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 77gl Casino Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through the Platform
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your 77gl Casino account through fraudulent means
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 77gl Casino staff or other players through any Platform communication channel
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming in accordance with these Terms

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, game interfaces, and other intellectual property on the 77gl Casino Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of 77gl Casino or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: (a) reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Content; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software; or (c) creating derivative works based on any Content. Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

77gl Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, where required by changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or legitimate business necessity. Where material amendments are made, 77gl Casino will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms take effect upon posting to the Platform, unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your 77gl Casino account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77gl Casino Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 77gl Casino, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome or the application of bonus terms, 77gl Casino's internal review process constitutes the first escalation step. Players dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal review may escalate concerns to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures as applicable under the operator's regulatory framework.
